Bulls winger banned

Bulls wing Gerhard van den Heever’s was handed a two week ban by a SANZAR judicial hearing for a spear tackle on Crusaders replacement Tim Bateman.

The ban means he will miss the Bulls’ game against the Stormers in Cape Town on Saturday as well as the Super 14 semi-final at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto the following week.
