Boks 0 Northen Hemisphere 3

The Springboks slumped to their third loss of their year end tour after another bad performance. The Boks started the match better that the others leading by 18-6 at the break but Saracens fought back to yet again deny the Boks their first win of the tour. The Springboks looked better playing as a unit but ultimatly they were outplayed by a number of their former coutrymen.

The winning points were scored by none other than Loftus’s Liefling slotting over a drop goal in the 75th minute, he failed with 2 previous attempts but when it mattered most he made it count. The Boks again struggled in the scrums and with CJ van de Linde now also on the injury list the Boks will have to dig deep to get their scrum time woes in order. In the Springboks next match on Saturday they face Italy who put up a brave fight against New Zealad over the weekend.
