Proteas regain some pride

South Africa put on a fine bowling performance on day 4 of the final test against England in Johannesburg to draw the series 1-1 winning by an innings and 73 runs thus retaining the Basil D’Oliveira Trophy from the 2008 series win.

At long last South Africa’s bowlers showed their potential by demolishing the English lineup. Morkel finished with 4-59 and had seven wickets for the match like Dale Steyn, who claimed 5-51 in the first innings as England was bowled out for 180.
